Miller shakes his head, eyes already tearing up, he gets a better grip on Bryan adjusting him to sit up better.
“Nah. Cause… Cause, nothing is gonna happen to you” He swallows hard, spare hard reaching around to put pressure on the wound. “Clarke is on her way Bry, so just hold on. You can stab that grounder yourself, yeah?”
Bryan gasped and gritted his teeth as Miller adjusted him to sit up more, trying not to let show just how much pain he was in. He closed his eyes for a moment, just trying to remember to breathe, when he felt the hand putting pressure on his wound and hissed a little. His left hand moved, grabbing onto Miller’s arm.
“Nate…” He managed out weakly, just trying to focus for his boyfriend, “What if she’s not going to… to make it in time…” It hurt to breathe, and he rested his head against Miller, as if to try and comfort him. “That grounder’s gonna… gonna regret everything…” He muttered out then, as if deciding he’d try and stay positive, wanting to believe that things would be okay.
“ I’ve heard SILLIER things, trust me Bryan. “ came the comment of the male, resting to the wall, arms laid upon knees as he peered to the farmer boy beside him. “ … One of them being how the HELL did you survive the bunker anyway? “
Bryan let out a snort at hearing Murphy’s comment, glancing over at the older boy from where he was leaning against the wall, offering him a lopsided grin. “I learned to blend in, hid in the background, and didn’t cause any trouble,” He chuckled out, “last thing I needed is for Bloodrina or my crazy ex to decide to end me, you know? I managed, and here I am.”
He paused, then added with a light tease, “Guess I’m starting to give you a run for your money on cockroach status, huh? Though, I’d actually managed to be quiet and not mouth off to anyone, after the… first punch or two that I got.” He chuckled, shrugging his shoulders then and just offering Murphy another smile.
